Hello JayaMae The Spirit Quilts are really beautiful & very special. We were at the Handi-Rider Ranch this past Sunday & there was one left in the office - really very very special - even the little tags on the quilts - so well thought out. Danny said the students were so thrilled to get them, they were wrapping up in them as they were getting in their cars to ride home. It was so thoughtful of you to do this for Handi-Riders. The quilts will bring them cozy comfort for a long time. I can see why you decided to call them "Spirit Quilts" I understand your Mom was able to go to the ranch with you - Thank you to her too. I have also made quits, some with other folks to raise money for the SIDS Foundation and several church fairs. I believe our food bank could use one now. I taught quilting for almost 20 years, and I loved how folks were amazed with the quilts they made. Bless you in your endevor to support the things you believe in! Warmly, Sam - SamsArt5 Twitter Admin reply: Sam - Keep on quilting! Love, Jaya

I would like to Thank You Very Much for the prayer quilt made for my mother (Natalie's grandmother). She was elated! Mom was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2007, chemo didn't do well for her, she wasn't happy with "using poison" to combat her illness. She is now 87 and doing quite well despite living with cancer; we are very blessed to have mom around for so many years, she is our Angel here on earth! By the way I am Natalie Makardish's mother. Both mom and I will be making donations to your organization. Bless you all!
Admin reply: Mrs. Makardish,
Thank you for your lovely comment! I am so glad your mother loved the quilt!
Hope to meet you soon.
Love,
Isha JayaMae Gregory "Jaya"
